In QCHP's constant efforts to support its vision and objectives, QCHP and Dataflow collaborated to conduct a second workshop at the Ministry of Public Health with representatives from QCHP's Registration & Licensing Department and key stakeholders from various healthcare facilities in Qatar.
Dataflow introduced the stakeholders to their new computerized report layouts and barcode systems. This would ultimately result in error free extraction of information and improve customer satisfaction. The workshop aimed to raise awareness and highlighted the necessity of conducting more workshops in the future to improve their process continuously and address their efforts to bring new technologies and enhancements to their systems, simplifying the application process for applicants. The main speaker was a Dataflow representative and the workshop was attended by representatives from the Registration & Licensing department, QCHP in addition to healthcare facilities' focal points.
The Dataflow representative conducted a demo on their application process and re-verification process. They presented updated statistics on the accuracy of cases received and completed within the required time. They also announced the implementation of new communication methods to better interact with the customers by introducing SMS services in the near future. There was a concise discussion on also introducing a Whatsapp service, that maybe taken into consideration by Dataflow.
In conclusion, Dataflow had a discussion with the attendees about customized solutions and ideas that may be implemented at a later stage.
