DHP Announce the launching of the Dietitian Exam to be delivered by Prometric using Expanded Exam Capabilities via ProProctor™Date: April/11/2022
The Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP), Ministry of Public health, Qatar, announced launching its Dietician Qualifying Exam to license to practice in the state of Qatar. In alignment with Qatar's national vision, 2030 and the Qatari National Health Strategy came this important initiative. It is considered a step toward achieving the department’s strategic objectives and accomplishing its mission, at the heart of maintaining patient safety and quality of health care. t is worth noting that the Dietitian Exam is the initiation of a comprehensive project for qualifying exams with full national intellectual property
The DHP, in collaboration with Qatar University, has launched the new Dietician Exam in the state of Qatar. Furthermore, it has partnered with Prometric to offer the dietician exam through Prometric’s ProProctor™ remote assessment solution. The dietician exam is also offered onsite at Prometric test centres worldwide.
“We are thrilled to be collaborating with Subject Matter experts from Qatar University and Prometric to provide candidates the opportunity to take the dietician exam remotely,” said Dr. Saad Alkaabi, Director of the Healthcare Professions Department at the Ministry of Public Health. We reached an important milestone in our commitment to providing a robust national assessment system for healthcare practitioner eligibility with the best technology available for exam delivery.”
