Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) contributed in Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar (WCM-Q) seminar on Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) in Qatar: A Regulatory Perspective. A/CEO of QCHP, Dr. Samar Aboulsoud, presented at the seminar. She spoke about Qatar’s regulatory framework for CAM Practitioners and discussed the relationships between CAM and conventional healthcare practitioners in healthcare delivery, and strategies that may help improve patient care in an integrated healthcare delivery system.
The seminar gathered esteemed practitioners and regulators from Qatar and abroad to come together and speak about challenges and opportunities from their own expertise. Dr. Samar took part in the panel for a discussion between the panelists and a question and answer session.
